Membership fees and terms
This page tells you what the household savings membership costs and how it works. We wrote it in plain words.
Last updated October 1, 2026.
1. What the membership is
- We check your home bills for savings.
- You pick each bill on its own. You only join for the bills you pick.
- The bills are: cell phone, home internet, TV, home phone, home alarm, and electric and gas.
- The membership is for one household. That means one home address.
- You can add another home.
2. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must live in the United States.
- Your name must be on the bill.
3. What members pay
| Bill you pick | Member fee |
|---|---|
| Cell phone | $5 a month |
| Home internet | $5 a month |
| TV | $5 a month |
| Home phone | $5 a month |
| Home alarm | $5 a month |
| Electric and gas | $30 a month |
- You only pay for a bill in a month we save you money on it.
- If we find no savings on a bill, you pay nothing for that bill.
- For cell phone, home internet, TV, home phone and home alarm: if we save you $10 or more in a month, you pay $5. If we save you less than $10, you pay half of what we saved you.
- For electric and gas: if we save you $60 or more in a month, you pay $30. If we save you less than $60, you pay half of what we saved you. If we save you $40, you pay $20.
- Electric and gas is one fee for both.
- There is no sales tax on the fee.
4. When the fee starts
- The fee starts on the day your savings are verified.
- Verified means the first bill that shows the savings.
- Electric and gas can use equipment put in your home. For that equipment, the savings pay for the equipment first. The fee starts after the equipment is paid for.
5. How you pay
- You can pay by bank draft, debit card or credit card.
- We do not ask for a payment on this website.
- If a payment does not go through, we try three times.
- If a fee is going to change, we tell you in writing 30 days before.
6. What we do, and what you do
- We ask your company for a lower price. If you want a new company, we can look for one.
- You never have to switch companies.
- You must let us put the savings in place. That is the only way you get them.
- We check your bills for savings each month.
- Your service should not stop while we work, unless your company is doing its own work.
- This does not affect your credit.
- For cell phone, your phone company may need to talk with you. That is a federal rule.
- If you cancel something with your company yourself, any charge from that company is yours.
7. What you send us
- For cell phone, home internet, home phone and home alarm: one month of bills, the last 4 numbers of the card or bank account you pay with, and the name of the person on the account.
- For electric and gas: your last 12 months of bills.
8. How long it lasts, and stopping
- The membership is month to month.
- You can stop at any time. It ends on the last day of that month.
- To stop, call 425-777-7931.
- Electric and gas is different when equipment is put in your home. You are billed for as long as the equipment is in place.
- There are no refunds.
- If you think your savings were not real, tell us. We look at it within 24 hours.
9. What we do not promise
- We do not promise a set amount of savings.
- If your company will not lower the price, you get no bill from us.
- We are not your phone, internet, TV, alarm or power company. We do not give you those services.
10. Your information
- Your bills and details are kept on a secure server.
- The people who can see them are our savings team, the company that builds the member site, Limited to Limitless, and your own service companies.
- We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing.
- We only send you marketing emails or texts if you tick the box to get them.
- You can read our privacy policy.
11. Who bills you
- The savings work is done by Group Purchasing Resources LLC, Bill Reduction Solutions and Communications Solutions Consulting.
- Any one of these three companies may bill you.
- Their address is 9927 NE 144th Lane, Suite 808, Kirkland, WA 98034.
- The law of the State of Washington applies.
